Founded by Randy Ebertowski and Andrea DeLaune, RE Advisory combines more than 50 years of leadership experience across commercial real estate operations, asset management support, capital improvement programs, asset repositioning initiatives, and complex multi-property environments.

Randy’s background includes extensive leadership experience managing commercial real estate assets and portfolios valued at more than $800M. His expertise includes asset and property operations, vendor management, maintenance oversight, budgeting and forecasting, capital planning, and operational execution across large retail and commercial properties.

Andrea brings extensive experience in commercial real estate asset and property management across retail, office, residential single-family, multi-family, condominium associations, and homeowners associations. She also holds a Wisconsin real estate license. Her background includes leasing management experience, portfolio leadership, asset repositioning initiatives, tenant improvement coordination, project management, and development of high-performing teams within diverse property environments.
